Seven Grain Flour 500g

Our seven grain flour contains a nutritious combination of brown rice, finger millet, pearl millet, sorghum, soyabean, barley and wheat. It is a rich source of protein and antioxidants and is high in minerals like selenium and vitamins like folate. The presence of wheat in this makes the rotis roll out thin and smooth. Due to the combination of grains, it has a high amount of dietary fibre which is beneficial for easy digestion. A great way to prep this is into pancakes with the addition of onion, coriander leaves as well as our jeera and rock salt.
