Verdura Care ships to all countries across the globe which falls within the delivery range of our logistics partner. We work with reputed international logostics provider Aramex and shipping is done through them.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process and ship orders on weekends and national holidays.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours of order confirmation. You can track your order status my logging into your 'myverduracare' account.
In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone and it will also be updated in your 'track my order' status.
All applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
Shipping is free in Qatar and cash on delivery available for some specific products. We will announce those products on our home page and our social media and marketing collaterals from time to time.
For Cash on delivery shipments and free shipping items to Qatar please allow 3-5 working days for the shipment to be delivered. This minimum time is required to process the order.
For shipments to other countries please allow 14-21 working days for all baby products and accessory items.
For shipments of fabrics outside India to any country across the globe, the required time will depend on the type of fabric and quantity required. Readily available fabrics could be shipped in 14-21 working days. Hand-woven fabrics will take higher number of days depending on the quantity and type of fabrics.
Shipping cost for fabric orders will depend on the shipping charge calculated by our logistics partner based on weight of the total quantity and the country of shipping.
While collecting the shipment the buyer need to pay any import taxes or government duties and taxes as applicable in the country of the buyer.
Undeliverable packages are subject to $50.00 redelivery fee. myverduracare.com is not responsible for weather-related or natural calamity and delays pertaining to any political and emergency situations. myverduracare.com is also not responsible for delays pertaining to wrong delivery address, contact number and details provided at the time of order placement.
